Comprehensive and certified Terberg training

For most organisations that provide training on their products when a customer asks “can we have our own in-house trainers?.......” the answer is usually, sorry, but no.

Terberg Matec UK believe the answer should be “yes, no problem, how many would you like?” and therefore offer a service whereby the customer can have Terberg-certified Operator Trainers in their own organisation.

We have developed a systematic, layered approach to product training with four clearly defined levels. Levels 1 and 2 are available to Terberg customers.

Level 1 is the standard level, the Approved Operator, these individuals are trained by a Level 2 Operator Trainer to operate a specific Terberg product safely and effectively. These people are typically crew members and workshop engineers.

Level 2 is where the big advantage of what Terberg offer comes into its own, a Level 2 Operator Trainer is certified by Terberg to provide Level 1 training on Terberg products.

The training is aimed at Supervisors, Training Departments and Line Managers.

Supported by a Terberg Training Media Pack, the Level 2 trainer operates within clearly defined parameters and procedures to ensure that they provide a relevant, accurate and consistent approach to Terberg product training. This means that regardless of whether the Level 2 trainer works for Terberg or not, the product operator training delivered is of the same high quality.

Additionally, we offer comprehensive technical training sessions aimed at workshop and engineering staff.
